In this role, you will identify high‑potential candidates, engage diverse talent pools, and help build strong pipelines for critical roles across the organization. ***This is a 1-year contractor role with potential to extend.

Responsibilities -

Conduct proactive sourcing for core business positions Build and maintain strong pipelines through direct outreach, networking, and targeted search strategies Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements Maintain thoughtful and consistent engagement with potential candidates Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers on search priorities and pipeline progress Support data accuracy and process discipline throughout the sourcing workflow Qualifications 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience (both in‑house and agency backgrounds are welcome) Strong research ability and a proactive approach to identifying talent Comfortable using English as a working language in communication and documentation Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with candidates Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple parallel searches Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a high‑quality hiring experience
