• Month-end closing and reporting

 Work with CSC team to ensure all entries are fully booked to reflect actual plant operation, like (but not limited) GL entry, price / expense accrual or release  Upload financial data into BFC

 Prepare month-end financial package, make variance breakdown and comments towards MTD/YTD actual/budget  Work with CSC team to take balance sheet review and risk/opportunity review, clean up long aged items to ensure health balance sheet  Review KPI data with plant/China director, prepare/review POR package.  Prepare monthly rolling forecast to update financial and check the variance

• Regular Cash forecast preparation, ensure cash forecast reflect PL update, to explain the variance with actual, with last version
• Standard cost update, update annual hourly rate and analyze the changes, with which to make product cost more competitive to support BD team to get new business.
• Work with plant functions to prepare overall annual budget ensure budget fully reflect business outlook
• BP role – Critical business partner of plant director and regional financial director, support plant management to improve the performance, lower the product cost and drive the gross margin.
• Internal control – work with plant functions to ensure compliance of group policy and with health internal control environment like inventory, purchasing, reimbursement etc
• Work with CSC team to make annual statutory audit and annual tax filing
• Ad hoc analysis per business requirement, or support other plant projects. Qualification requirement
• Bachelor degree or above with major in accounting, at least 3-5 years’ experience in controlling or FP&A positions in foreign MFG business, Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Be familiar with manufactory environment like production/planning/SCM process, understand product and projects etc
• Be familiar with accounting principle of China GAAP, IFRS, be familiar with reporting logic of PL/BS/cash flow
• With skilled SAP experience of FICO module; Quilk sense /BFC experience is strong plus
• Analytical thinking, acute data-sensitive good time management and planning mindset; Fast self-learning capability;
• Open personality, team player, flexible and creative style. Be good at cross-function / &cross-plant teamwork, strong coordination ability;
• Good presentation skills and excel skills; Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
