• Build, maintain and improve data pipelines from source systems to analytical datasets for regional reporting and business use.
• Integrate data from global and local sources, such as ERP, CRM, DRM, MQFS, factory data, SharePoint and Excel-based local files.
• Support the development of reusable datasets for Power BI reports, business analysis and future AI-enabled analytics use cases.
• Work with business users, BI super users, DBA and Group BI to understand data needs, key fields, KPI logic and reporting pain points.
• Apply basic data quality checks, refresh monitoring and issue follow-up to improve data reliability.
• Document data flows, key fields, business rules, refresh behavior and known limitations so datasets can be reused and supported.
• Use Group standard tools and working methods, including Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, Power BI and Azure DevOps, where applicable.
• Support the move from manual and file-based reporting toward more structured, governed and reusable data solutions.
• Follow Group BI standards for naming, KPI consistency, documentation, data quality and change handling. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field;
• Above 3 years of experience in data engineering, BI data preparation, ETL/ELT, data integration, or related areas;
• Experience in supporting data operations for BI platforms such as Power BI;
• Strong logical analysis, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills;
