【岗位职责】 Operation Management 1、 Lead one or two operation teams and function teams (e.g. QA, Training) to make sure the operations are well managed. 2、Ensure all works delivered are well planned and well implemented so as to meet the service objectives and business targets. 3、Assist the Manager in designing and implementing the policies, planning and management control systems for the team to achieve the highest level of productivity, operations effectiveness, quality and customer satisfaction and therefore improve the OSSC’ financial condition and competitive edge in the Company as well as in the industry. 4、Assist the Manager to ensure the work force are best utilized by manipulating some well-known operating model and methodology in meeting all service and productivity targets. 5、 Assist the Manager to project an excellent image of OSSC internally and externally. 6、Establish operation manuals, review and streamline workflow / process and implement improvement measures to enhance efficiency & accuracy 7、 Be responsible for the service improvement and cost of service management. 8、 Implement best practices in OSSC for lowering the cost 9、 Work closely with colleagues from relevant Business units or supporting departments to identify business and service improvement opportunities. 9、Carry out ad-hoc projects in a professional manner as and when required.
People
Management 1、Establish and communicate clear objectives, priorities and performance standards 2、Assess and develop staffs’ capabilities and provide coaching, training and development to all levels of team members. 3、Fully participates in performance review processes in accordance with company standards. 4、Work with other departments or counterparts to improve the cooperation and understanding among teams. 5、Liaise and coordinate with all other parties concerned in resolving customer’s complaints and drive for service/operation improvements. 6、Proactively seek feedback from staff to facilitate improvements in sales, service, operation efficiency and customer satisfaction, which in some cases, should work with other departments’ management or escalate to OSSC Managers. a、 Achievement of target operational KPIs by business units – Turn-around time, Accuracy, Productivity. b、 Achievement of company level KPIs – Audit checking result, Staff attrition rate, Staff satisfactory rate. c、Accuracy and timeliness of all reports submitted d、 Staff engagement survey result Internal 1、Communicate with internal departments whenever necessary and daily engagement with joint departments on functional priorities 2、Regular performance review with subordinates 3、Periodic discussions/ meetings with HK teams on operations issues External 4、New initiative discussion with external parties. 【任职要求】 Education &
Experience • University graduate or above • Minimum 6 year working experience, at least 4 years in operations, of which 2 years are in Supervisory role • Familiar with BPO operation, mainly focus on the workflow and team management Language Skill • English & Cantonese Certifications/licenses • Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses Special Skill • Effective presentation skill; • Possess good leadership and coaching skills • With ability to build rapport with, relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people; • Able to learn quickly, transfer knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data.
