Data Scientist

该职位来源于猎聘 Data Scientist We’re looking for a Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience to join our Data Science team. You’ll build practical AI and machine learning solutions across areas such as traditional ML, Generative AI, optimization, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions.
• Develop and evaluate models using structured and unstructured data.
• Build GenAI applications with LLMs, RAG, workflows, and AI agents.
• Prepare and analyze data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Research new AI technologies and test their business applications.
• Work with business and technical teams to turn requirements into working solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Follow good engineering practices, including Git, testing, documentation, and code reviews. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, model development, and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Experience with RAG, vector search, and information retrieval.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and the ability to learn new tools independently.
