Devops Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

• Design and implement enterprise-level DevOps strategies and processes, including the construction and optimization of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Serve as a leader in DevOps culture and automation, promoting collaboration and communication between development and operations teams.
• Responsible for infrastructure automation and management on cloud services (such as AWS, Azure, Alicloud,etc), including the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Monitor and maintain the performance of the production environment, ensuring high availability and security of the system.
• Write and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce human error.
• Lead technology selection, evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance existing DevOps practices.
• Provide DevOps-related training and guidance to the team, improving the overall technical capabilities of the team.

  Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps or Full Stack Engineer in a large-scale system environment.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.
• Familiar with the Linux operating system, networking, and I/O, with extensive experience in troubleshooting.
• In-depth understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Experience with configuration management tools (such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• In-depth understanding of AWS, Ali Cloud services, such as S3, EC2, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, etc
• Experience in cloud service deployment and management, familiar with cloud-native technologies.
• Experience in Monitoring/logging tools, such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities.
