DevSecOps Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to support the automation, security, and operational enablement of large-scale cloud migration initiatives across Azure China and Alicloud environments. This role will focus on building secure CI/CD pipelines, reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules, and automated controls that accelerate cloud deployment while maintaining security, compliance, and operational consistency. The successful candidate will help industrialize migration activities by implementing security automation, infrastructure provisioning workflows, secrets management, compliance checks, and deployment patterns that improve speed, resilience, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning, compliance gates, and automated testing
• Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules, deployment templates, and automation scripts across cloud platforms
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows with built-in security controls
• Implement security automation for secrets management, IAM/RBAC, vulnerability scanning, and monitoring
• Maintain documentation for pipelines, IaC modules, security controls, and compliance procedures
• Work closely with cloud architects, security teams, and application teams to support migration and modernization programs Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of DevSecOps engineering experience with hands-on expertise in automation and cloud-native delivery
• Proficiency in Terraform, scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell, and CI/CD tooling
• Experience with Azure DevOps China, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Alicloud DevOps, and infrastructure automation practices
• Strong understanding of security automation, compliance validation, IAM/RBAC, containerization, and cloud-native deployment patterns
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
