Digital Program Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary Digital Program Manager - will lead the delivery of digital/AI projects and drive the digital transformation across Linde Gas RGC and Linde Engineering APAC. The role has a strong focus on project and program management using agile/scrum methodology and Devops practices. Partnering with functional digital leads to identify opportunities and implement solutions through digitalization and AI technologies.

This role will also serve as an expert and mentor, coaching stakeholders and promoting digital initiatives across the region, and coordinating with global functional teams, corporate digitalization groups, and regional peers.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a project or program manager, overseeing the successful planning, tracking and execution of multiple medium-to-large scale projects with agile/scrum methodologies simultaneously.
• Facilitate gathering and refining business requirements, process redesign, efforts estimation, problem solving/troubleshooting and resource planning throughout project execution,
• Coordinate various internal teams, external partners and leverage all kinds of resources to achieve the goals of quality, time and budget
• Organizes and facilitates the events/activities in promoting/driving the digitalization journey, such as training, workshop/seminar and bootcamp etc.,
• Act as digital partner to support functional team to identify the opportunities to improve efficiency, save cost and drive growth through digitalization.
• Collaborate with business to assess the value of digital initiative and prioritize the demands
• Proactively capture opportunities and advice on processes optimization, cost reduction, new business growth by leveraging best practices, emerging technologies and innovative initiatives Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Technology or Business Systems related discipline.
• Over 10 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in IT/Digital/AI projects manager role with expertise in scrum and agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Devops practice
• proven experience in the management of large, complex IT/digital projects and programs, multi-phase, multi-track, high-risk projects with up to 20 project team members concurrently; ability to lead a geographically dispersed team and oversee multiple scrum teams.
• Proven track record in change management
• Broaden business knowledge in sales/finance/HR/procurement, etc.
• Demonstrated ability in external partnership management
• Knowledge/practices/passion in pursuing latest technologies (IOT, Machine learning, LMM etc.)
• Some hands-on experience in coding in python, .Net, Java script would be an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment while delivering timely and accurate results.
• Excellent coaching, motivation, and communication skills with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills is a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical/non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Fluent in English.
