Digitalization Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Mission： ▪ Describe the principal mission of the position : ▪ Key member of the industrial deployment team for the Valeo MOM system to deploy the software in production plants of Valeo at several pilot production lines. ▪ The deployment will be done in project phases at the plants of Valeo and partially remotely driven by the industrial deployment team. There will be approximately 20 projects at 20 production plants per year. ▪ Support the local IT/IS team by the hardware installation at the pilot production lines and for the central site server. ▪ Support the installation of the software at the plant equipment of the pilot scope and at the site server. ▪ Establish the connection of all related PLCs to the production line PC and synchronisation with the site server. ▪ Configuration of the system and necessary master data to successfully launch the MOM system at the pilot areas. ▪ Perform system tests and review the functionality with the team members ▪ Setup the standard reports and validate the data conformity with the local team. ▪ Training of system and report functions to the local team and hand over the project activities at the end to the local team Responsibilities： ▪ Highlight the main responsibilities ▪ Deployment of the Valeo MOM system:

• Go with the other members of the industrial deployment team to the Valeo plants, where the MOM system need to be deployed and launch the project with the target to go live with the software during the project lead time at 2 to 4 production lines in the manufacturing environment and hand over the project to the local team afterwards; ▪ Support the installation of the Hardware and MOM software for the pilot lines on site at the Valeo plant:
• With the support of the local IS/IT members of the plant install the hardware (Line PC, screens, central site server) to cover the defined scope;
• With the support of the central IT/IS team install the MOM software on the production PCs and at the central server and secure the functionality;
• Ensure / organise remote access solution for the development team and support; ▪ Establish connection of the MOM system to all related PLCs of the pilot environment :
• Connect the related PLC systems of the pilot scope inside of the plant network (SCADA) to the MOM system considering the firewall rules and different PLC brands;
• Integrate all available PLC data points to the MOM system and validate the the data content with the local team ▪ Configuration of the MOM system at the plant and production line level:
• Configure the MOM software to cover the pilot areas and the synchronisation with the central site server;
• Integrate and setup all necessary master data and establish possible interfaces to other local systems or retrieve the data manually; ▪ Perform system tests and review the functionality:
• Ensure the system functionality by several system tests together with your team members and the local team;
• Setup the standard reports of the MOM system and make them available for the local team;
• Collection and coordination of implementation of specific reports for the plant;
• Validate the data conformity with the local team; ▪ Training of the local team:
• Together with your team members train the local team to the system and report functions as a permanent on job training and during dedicated end user trainings;
• Hand over the project activities at the end to the local team and support action plan generation and follow up; Education： ▪ Engineer, technician or equivalent ▪ Industrial IS / IT Engineerier ▪ Industrial Digitalization Engineerier ▪ Process Engineerier ▪ PLC Engineer Professional Experience： ▪ 2-5 years in the industrial IS / IT or automation ▪ 2-5 years in the industrial Digitalization ▪ 2-5 years in the Process Engineering ▪ 2-5 years in process engineering or PLC management or maintenance Languages： ▪ Fluent English and local language.
