DIP Process Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Objective: With focus on PCBA LEAN manufacturing, 5S and training, the DIP process Engineer independently and in teamwork with other functions ensures highest possible production output in required quality by establishing, improving and monitoring related procedures and instructions.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Responsible DIP process development & control, Verify new components & paste and introduction. Insure UPH &
  • FPY meet KPI requested.

• Maintain ERP &
  • MES manufacturing mast data.

• Input DFMEA for PCB layout in RD project, prepare PFMEA/CP. Fixture/Tooling. Cost &
  • Investment evaluation. Lead prototype making & pilot run.

• Design & verify Stencil &
  • DIP fixture/tooling.

debug wave oven, setup Oven temperature management & implement.

Setup

Daily/weekly/monthly maintenance procedure & implement for equipment/tooling.

• Prepare DIP production documents (SOP/checklist/inspection /rework/tooling/ESD/5S management procedure etc.) , arrange training for all relative staff.
• Daily mass production data monitor & collection, output SMT/DIP process report. Analyze & solve DIP process issue with quality tooling(5-why/8D/fish bone..) such as poor/no soldering, deviation, cold soldering, components damage etc.. Continue improving DIP process through lean six sigma way to reduce cost/increase productivity &
  • FPY. Required skills/experience:

• Education in Engineering (electronic, mechanical, electrical, automation or related). Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 5-year SMT related working experience which includes solder paste printing, pick and place, and re-flow.
• Proficient in using PCB drawings, BOM, CAD coordinate files, mastering GERBER/coordinate data processing methods.
• Familiar with IPC 610/7525/7351standard knowledge.
• Experience in GKG printer/Panasonic machine/JT machine is preferred.
• Project management experience and skills is preferred.
• Six sigma knowledge (green or black belt) is preferred.
• Fluent in read and written English. This position reports to “Manger, Production”.
