分销计划主管/Distribution Supervisor

工作职责

基本职责 RESPONSIBILITIES

管理出货订单流程，确保客户及区域订单的准确验证、分配及准时交付。

Manage shipment order processes, ensuring accurate validation, allocation, and timely delivery of customer and regional orders.

制定并维护出货预测，以平衡生产计划、物流产能及市场需求。

Develop and maintain shipment forecasts, balancing production plans, logistics capacity, and market demand.

监控全球分销中心的库存水平；提出优化库存可用性及减少呆滞库存的行动方案。

Monitor inventory levels across global distribution centers; propose actions to optimize stock availability and minimize obsolescence.

分析分销分配情况，并能通过报告向高层管理层沟通分析结果。

Analyze distribution allocation, being able to communicate results to top management through reporting.

与跨职能团队（需求计划、物流、制造、区域供应链中心）协作，以统一分销优先级。

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Regional Supply Chain Hubs) to align distribution priorities.

任职资格

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

2、英语听说读写流利，大学英语四级或以上。

Fluent verbal and written English, CET4 or above.

3、熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint、SAP并具备良好的数据分析技能。

Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, SAP and good data analysis skills.

4、有 5 年或以上相关工作经验。
