Co-ordination between all relevant Depts on project document.
Update document distribution matrix of projects, make sure all documents are issued as per distribution matrix.
Make sure all documents apply the standard template.
Make sure document control process to align with document control procedures.
Make sure all documents are distributed efficiently.
Make sure all documents are clear and filled timely and correctly in share folder and other applications per the filling system or project requirement.
Maintain correct index for all documents.
Maintain document control mailbox documents dealt. PERSON SPECIFICATION：
Good command of both oral and written English (CET-4 or above)
Bachelor's degree
Good excel, PDF skill
Good communication/coordinating skill. Patient, careful, responsible.
Detailed knowledge of both PMT/Yard document control system. General knowledge of all aspects of projects relating documents. Experience in documents handling in offshore products
