地址：上海市嘉定区星华公路969号上海太太乐食品有限公司 岗位职责： 1，协助抖音渠道短视频内容运营，数据复盘，行业爆款分析。 Assist in the operation of short form video content on the Douyin channel, including performance analysis, data review, and trending content benchmarking. 2，参与短视频脚本撰写、拍摄沟通及素材整理，结合产品卖点、消费场景及平台 热点输出创意，推进内容落地执行； Participate in short video script development, coordinate filming activities, and organize creativ e assets. Generate content ideas based on product selling points, consumer usage scenarios, and platform trends, and support the execution and imple mentation of content initiatives. 3，协助整理达人合作、广告投流及运营相关数据，支持电商团队其他内容营销及 日常运营工作。 Assist in compiling and analyzing data related to influencer collaborations, a dvertising placements, and channel operations, while supporting other cont ent marketing and day-to-day e-commerce operations. 岗位要求： 本科或研究生在读，市场营销、广告传播、电子商务等相关专业优先； Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising & Communications, E-commerce, or other related fields; 对抖音平台及短视频内容有较高兴趣，具备一定内容策划能力； Strong interest in the Douyin platform and short form video content, with basic content planning and creative development c apabilities; 具备良好的沟通协调及执行能力； Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; 熟练使用Office办公软件 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
