该职位来源于猎聘 As an EHS Supervisor, you will manage EHS aspects/hazards at daily basis, including the fire prevention, implementing and monitoring of Environment/Health/Safety (EHS) process in plant to comply with all legal and company EHS requirements. Work closely with operation & technical team to set up and maintain PPG EHS management system and monitor EHS performance in ZJG plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance with Regulations and PPG policies, be responsible for EHS related governments’ liaison, ensure plants have valid EHS permits and regulatory conformance.
• Be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of EH&S management system.
• Establish and implement plant EH&S objective/target/KPIs and annual EH&S work plan. Set up site EH&S training system and annual training plan to improve the awareness of employees to prevent incidents and accidents.
• Responsible for PPG EHSMS elements or programs that identify and report EH&S risks and hazards, monitoring and tracking improvement actions through to completion.
• Set up and update the Emergency Response Plan in ZJG plant. Support conducting the emergency drill as planned.
• Coordinate the Implementation of PSM programs, Review and update JSA results based on Corporate EHS strategy
• Participate in new project ACT EH&S review and tracking the EHS Actions in the ACT.
• Follow up improvement actions required by company audit at different levels.
• Support conducting the incident investigation, work out the corrective actions and track implement status. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, safety engineering, environmental engineering or equivalent.
• Certified Safety Engineer with 10 years’ experience in chemical industry.
• Complex problem-solving skills and ability to motivate others in cooperative effort.
• Strong influence skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Specialized or technical proficiency in Environment, Health and Safety combining a broad understanding of involved practices or principles.
• Have proven experience in ISO14001 or ISO45001or similar EHS management system.
• Familiar with China EH&S legislations and regulations.
