EHS工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责:公司内部的安全风险管理，设备巡查和审核；应对外部（政府、客户、第三方）安全审核和检查；

任职要求：本科及以上学历，安全工程、电气工程、机械工程等相关专业，安全管理类优先；3Y 制造业相关岗位工作经验，外企佳；持国家

安全工程师证优先，熟悉用电安全、机械安全管理; 熟悉ISO45001体系要求和管理；英语书面熟练、口语能基本工作交流

Primary Purpose主要目标

Maintain safety management system, provides professional service in order to help functional departments to identify and manage risks well. Support EHS manager on all projects in safety management.

维护安全管理体系，提供专业支持，协助各业务部门有效识别并管控风险。配合 Ehs 经理开展各项目的安全管理工作。 Duties & Responsibilities/工作职责

1、Promote implementation of safety production in site, identify the hazards and control major risks to protect employees.

推动现场安全生产落地，识别危险源、管控重大风险，保障员工人身安全。 2、Conduct government interaction consistent with Molex and Koch requirement and MBM principles.

遵循莫仕、科氏集团相关要求及 MBM 管理原则，开展政府对接工作。 3、Implement the internal EH&S monthly audit to improve continually.

执行 EHS 月度内部审核，实现持续改进。 4、Supervise the EH&S performance of suppliers and vendors in site.

监督现场供应商及外协方的 EHS 表现。 5、Record incidents, conduct the root cause analysis and corrective and prevention action.

记录事故事件，开展根本原因分析，落实纠正与预防措施。 Required 任职要求：

1、Bachelor degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental engineering or other related major.

安全工程、环境工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、3 years EHSM experience. EHSM experience in optical communication company or related industries is preferred

3 年及以上 EHS 管理工作经验，有光通信或相关行业 EHS 经验优先。 3、Good EHS professional skills, can use independently in complex cases

扎实的 EHS 专业能力，可独立处理复杂业务场景。 4、Innovation ability is stronger, will try to use some new methods to help get the job done

具备较强创新能力，善于运用新方法推进工作落地。 5、The team cooperation consciousness, can actively cooperate with others to get the job done

具备团队协作意识，主动配合同事完成各项工作。 6、Strong action guidance and the height of the work sense of responsibility, able to finish the work efficient and high quality

执行力强，工作责任心高，能够高效高质量完成工作任务。 7、Can work independently in safety management

可独立开展安全管理相关工作。 8、National registered safety engineer is preferred 持有注册安全工程师证书优先。
