该职位来源于猎聘 工作任务 Tasks: 1. 根据法律法规，建立、完善公司EHS相关管理制度、流程，确保各项制度及工作流程有效执行； Develop and enhance company-wide EHS management systems and procedures in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to established workflows. 2. 实施和维护ISO14001/ISO45001环境、职业健康安全管理体系，确保两体系有效运作； Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001(Occupational Health & Safety) management systems to drive organizational excellence. 3. 定期组织两体系内审、外审活动； Plan and execute internal/external audit programs for both management systems, ensuring alignment with certification standards and addressing non-conformities proactively. 4. 负责厂内风险辨识及隐患排查治理，督促落实危险源的安全措施与隐患改正措施； Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard identification initiatives, overseeing the implementation of control measures for critical risks and driving corrective actions for identified deficiencies. 5. 负责EHS事故管理； Spearhead EHS incident investigations, including root cause analysis, reporting, and preventive action plans to mitigate recurrence. 6. 组织和实施环境、安全及体系相关培训； Design and deliver targeted training programs on environmental compliance, occupational safety, and management system requirements to enhance organizational competency. 7. 负责公司化学品、承包商、高风险作业管理； Govern critical EHS operational areas, including chemical management, contractor safety protocols, and permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities. 8. 负责新、改、扩建项目的评估和管理； Manage EHS due diligence for capital projects (new constructions, modifications, expansions) to ensure regulatory compliance from design to commissioning. 9. 定期进行环境监测，确保废水、废气、噪声达标排放； Oversee environmental performance monitoring (wastewater, emissions, noise) through periodic sampling and analysis, maintaining strict adherence to discharge permits. 10. 负责环保设备及在线监测设备有效运行，确保废气达标排放； Optimize environmental control infrastructure, including real-time monitoring systems and pollution abatement equipment, to guarantee continuous regulatory compliance. 11. 定期更新环境及安全政府相关平台数据，确保数据及时提交； Maintain accurate EHS regulatory reporting through timely updates of government-mandated platforms and submission of compliance documentation. 12. 负责公司EHS公共管理管理，组织接待相关政府部门； Serve as primary liaison for regulatory engagements, coordinating agency inspections, audits, and official communications to uphold corporate reputation. 13. 领导安排的其他相关工作。 Execute strategic EHS initiatives and ad hoc assignments as directed by senior leadership. 岗位要求 Requirements: 1. 本科或本科以上学历，机电工程类或相关权威部门颁发的涉及工程安全类的专业证书; Bachelor's Degree or above in mechanical or electrical Engineering or equivalent or related field with specialized diploma/degree in industrial safety from reputed institutions. 2. 4-6年的工作经验，或者至少2年从事EHS一线的工作经验; 4-6 years of experience out of which at least minimum 2 years’ experience in EHS function at site level.

• ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 安全标准化建立和/或者维护经验; The ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Safety standardization establish and/or maintenance experience; 4. 要有良好的工业安全方面的认知度，做好EHS方面的推广工作，监管整个厂区可能存在的风险。 Requires excellent understanding of health and safety in manufacturing and the role a EHS system plays in managing the overall risk profile of a sites. 5. 良好的计算机操作能力，诸如word、excel和power point的使用; Good skill in computer operation such as word, excel and power point. 6. 有责任心、积极好学的态度，能够承受压力和能够融入到团队中; Responsible, willing to learn, endure the pressure and must be a team player with ability to drive results; 7. 能够独立思考问题，区分事情的主次关系。能处理各种突发事件; Ability to work independently to determine priorities and manage multiple assignments. 8 良好的语言沟通能力和团队合作精神; Good skill in communication and good team cooperation spirit
