What this job involves:

The EHS Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

 

What your day-to-day will look like:

· 负责对内部设施管理团队的日常作业活动进行EHS合规性培训，监督与监管，确保所有操作符合国家法律法规及公司EHS标准；

· 全面管理园区内各分包商（如保洁、维修、施工、物流等）的安全行为，包括日常培训，入场前安全资质审核、作业许可审批、现场巡查、违章纠正及绩效评估；

· 负责生产区域产生的化学品及危险废弃物（HW）的全流程管理，包括：分类识别与临时存储合规性检查；内部转运过程的安全监督与记录；危废台账登记、标签管理及协助联单填报；协调有资质的第三方单位完成危废出区转移，并确保手续完整、可追溯；

· 定期开展EHS现场检查、隐患排查与整改跟踪，推动设施管理相关作业的持续改进；

· 参与事故/未遂事件调查，分析根本原因，制定纠正预防措施并验证有效性；

· 支持应急预案编制与演练，特别是涉及化学品泄漏、火灾、触电等场景的设施团队协同响应；

· 维护EHS管理体系文件，确保设施管理的相关活动符合ISO 14001（环境）、ISO 45001（职业健康安全）及地方环保/安监要求；

· 与内部质量/生产/工程部门保持有效沟通，确保EHS信息畅通、合规闭环。

 

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

· 本科及以上学历；

· 3年以上生产园区的EHS管理经验；

· 熟悉国家《安全生产法》《固体废物污染环境防治法》《危险废物贮存污染控制标准》（GB 18597）等法规要求；

· 具备危险废弃物全流程管理实操经验，了解危废代码分类、贮存规范、转移联单制度及地方环保平台申报流程；

· 熟悉高风险作业许可制度（PTW）、LOTO、JSA等安全管理工具；

· 能独立开展安全培训、现场稽查、事故调查及合规审计；

· 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效管理分包商并推动安全文化落地；

· 熟练使用办公软件，能编制检查报告、培训材料及合规台账；

· 原则性强，责任心高，具备较强的风险识别与推动力；

· 能适应现场巡检，必要时进入洁净室、机房、化学品暂存区等工作区域。

 

Required Skills and Experience:

· 良好的英语读写能力

· 有MNC工作经验尤佳
