该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities： 1, EHS Support to set up CPO Operation – 20%

• Work with interim expansion organization, under EHS department, for regulatory-requested evaluation and acceptance, which include Fire Control System, Occupational Health Evaluation and Environment Impact Assessment;
• Participate into layout and deployment review before the workshop is built and put into service;
• Take a lead in EHS Review for introduced CPO process and equipment;
• Establish EHS Organization to support CPO and SiC as the progress of construction activity and headcount plan;
• Act as a liaison between project team and neighbor during the construction activities and future operation. 2, Establish EHS Management System Under CPO and SiC operation – 20%
• Allocate and track EHS KPIs in assigned in CPO and SiC operation;
• Implement Coherent Corporation and Coherent Fuzhou EHS procedure and policy in CPO and SiC, and align the management system;
• Establish a suitable EHS procedure and practise in CPO and SiC operation in align with applicable code and rules, such as ISO14001/45001, RBA and others;
• Establish risk assessment and hazard prevention practice in CPO and SiC operation, and assure the risks are controlled;
• Keep closely liaison with different function under Fuzhou EHS organization, and exchange and implement best practice in the organization. 3, Create a Health and Safety Workplace – 20%
• Organize essential Health and Safety inspection and/or other practise with operation management to identify the risk and opportunity, and maintain and track EHS action plan;
• Collect and take actions to respond to employees’ health and safety concerns;
• Follow company’s schedule for requested health and safety sampling at the workshop, and take the action to implement the improvement action if any abnormal is detected;
• Support occupational health function to implement essential health control practise in CPO and SiC operation, include but not limit to occupational contraindication control, occupational health examination and assessment. 4, Environment Management and Compliance – 15%
• Embed environment management into central EHS activities on CPO and SiC, and act as a central EHS leader with CPO and SiC operation;
• Overall control environment compliance issues with/through dot-line reports under environment function;
• Coordinate environmental related action in CPO and SiC operation;
• Monitor environmental discharge and emission;
• Support environmental function to collect regulation requested data and report for CPO and SiC operation. 5, EHS Training and Emergency Drill – 15%
• Develop ERT in CPO and SiC operation in accordance with company’s central requirement;
• Organize sufficient ERT drill and training according to company’s rules and Emergency Response plan;
• Develop employees’ skill in response to emergency scenario, such as fire, injury, chemical spillage or emission and other abnormal situation.
• Offer the supports to company’s EHS training program;
• Implement training efficiency evaluation in the operation;
• Collect training demand/request, and submit to the department for consolidation and improvement. 6, Incident Management and Corrective Action – 10%
• Organize incident investigation for all incidents occurred in responsible area, and organize RCA according to company’s procedure or department head’s request;
• Track action progress determined by incident investigation and RCA;
• Share the lessons from the incident which occurred in Fuzhou or Coherent sites. JOB REQUIREMENTS：
• Bachelor's degree and above, major in safety, environment, industrial health, electric or other engineering education background.
• At least 8 year Experience with safety management in manufactory, at least 3 year experience at supervisor and above.
• Prefer to the experience as EHS leader with subordinator.
• Be fluent in English reading and speaking, ability to communicate with foreigners.
• Understand general EHS regulation requirements and environment process;
• Understand RCA process.
• The candidate must hold a qualification of mid-grade certified safety engineer, qualification with certified fire engineer is highly plus;
• Be familiar with office applications.
