• 建立各现场SHE管理体系及程序 Establish site SHE Management System and Program
• 建立现场SHE委员会，并组织开展SHE会议 Establish site SHE committee and hold SHE committee meeting
• 根据现场情况制定SHE培训矩阵，并实施 Establish SHE is training matrix per site situation and implement
• 建立面向任务的风险管理机制，建立现场风险等级表并跟踪已识别风险的控制措施的实施 Establish Task-oriented risk management regime, establishes and maintains Site Risk Register and track the implementation of risk controls
• 建立并实施许可证管理制度，确保所有许可作业得到登记，许可条件得到监控 Establish and implements permit to work regime, makes sure all permit to works be registered and the compliance of the permit conditions
• 协助综合设施管理经理建立报告所有事故的文化，登记所有报告的事故并负责现场事故的调查 Assist IFM Manager to establish a culture of incidents reporting and responsible to register all received incidents and conduct the investigation of on-site incidents
• 建立现场应急机制并组织演练 Establish site Emergency plan and conduct drills
• 建立分包商的SHE管理制度 Establish and implement site subcontractor SHE management system
• 建立健全现场SHE文档管理 Establish and improves site SHE documents management
• 对各地进行定期SHE稽核并开展内审 Conduct regular site SHE inspection and internal audit 质量管理Quality management
• 负责建立并实施现场质量体系，包括： Responsible to establish and implement site quality system, which includes:
• 建立现场的质量职责和问责机制 Establishes site quality Role &Responsibility regime
• 建立现场质量委员会 Establishes site quality committee
• 建立符合质量管理要求的现场培训体系 Establishes site training system comply with quality management requirements
• 建立并实施变更管理，偏差管理，质量跟踪质量跟踪等流程 Establishes and implements management of change, deviation management and CAPA procedure. 报告Report
• 协助IFM经理提交月度SHE报告 Assists IFM Manager to submit Site SHE Monthly Report
• 准备现场SHE绩效报告 Prepares the site SHE performance report
• 完成非可报告事故的调查并提交调查报告 Completes the investigation of the non-reportable incidents and submits the reports
• 培养团队强烈的安全意识和个人责任意识，始终坚持现场安全情况的精确汇报和持续改进 Leads by example in creating a strong culture of safety, personnel responsibility and accurate reporting and continuous improvement in SHE on site 培训Training
• 建立并实施现场的QSHE培训矩阵 Establishes and implements site SHE is training matrix
• 持续进行更新培训 Conducts the refresh training continually
• 建立日常的工具箱会议 Develops Daily Tool Box Meeting 其他Others
• 根据营运需要，完成上级安排的工作 Accomplishes other tasks according to operational needs Required Knowledge and Skills: 专业技能Professional skills
• 国家注册安全工程师证书或同等证书资格 Certification of National Certified Safety Engineer or the equivalence
• ISO14001, 45001, 90001 is preferred; ISO14001, 45001, 90001尤佳 通用技能General skills

工作经验Working Experience

• 5年以上跨国企业相关工作经验 5 years and above of Multi-national Corporation related working experience
• 有质量管理经验尤佳 Quality management experience is preferred
