About the Role | 岗位简介

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven International Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product line marketing, enhance brand competitiveness, and expand market share in both domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities | 职责

1.Collaborate with the sales and product departments to participate in product line marketing planning, highlight differentiated product promotion, and formulate and execute online and offline marketing plans and activities in domestic and international markets to enhance brand market share and competitiveness.

协同销售部门、产品部等，参与产品线营销策划，突出产品差异化宣传，制定并执行国内外市场线上线下的营销计划和活动，提升品牌市场份额及竞争力。

2.Track products after launch, promptly monitor and analyze product market response, monthly sales, and trends, and collaborate with the product and sales departments to adjust market strategies and marketing activities in a timely manner.

产品上市后追踪，及时监控和分析产品的市场反应情况、产品月度销量及走势，并及时协同产品部和销售部调整市场策略及市场活动。

3.Maintain effective communication with domestic and international KOLs, formulate themed promotion plans, and ensure marketing activities conform to local culture and market demand.

与国内外KOL等保持有效沟通，制定专题宣传计划，确保营销活动符合当地文化和市场需求。

4.Develop and manage KOL resources for the assigned product line, conduct regular cooperative promotions, increase market promotion coverage, and achieve effective communication goals.

开发并管理所负责的产品线KOL资源，进行定期合作推广，提高市场宣传覆盖，达到较好的传播目的。

5.Plan and participate in large domestic and international exhibitions, courses, and other market promotion activities, with complete planning, coordination, and post-event review and optimization, involving domestic and international business trips, product presentations at exhibitions, event planning, etc.

策划并参与国内外大型展会、课程和其他市场推广活动，完整的策划统筹并复盘优化，涉及国内外的出差和展会产品讲解、活动策划等。

Qualifications | 任职资格

1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above, no major restriction, with a background in the dental medical related industry.

统招本科及以上学历，专业不限，有口腔医疗相关行业背景。

2.Excellent data analysis skills and certain project management skills, with good market insight.

出色的数据分析能力和一定的项目管理能力，有较好的市场洞察力。

3.Strong stress resistance and good teamwork skills.

较强的抗压能力以及较好的团队协作能力。

4.Good communication skills, learning ability, a sense of responsibility, and passion.

具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力，有责任心，有激情。

5.Good spoken and written English skills.

有较好的英语口语和书写能力。
