Follow and contribute to the development process to ensure built-in quality, with a focus on electrical and mechanical aspects. Main activities Technology Scouting Technology research and development for the Electrical and Electronics systems (electronics, microchips, sensors, energy storage, power electronics, e-actuator), including activities to improve Technology Readiness Level (TRL).

Conduct technical scouting of relevant Chinese local technologies and innovations. Stakeholder management Build business plan and communication with internal and external stakeholder Electrification System Design Design Electrical and Electronics systems architecture and solutions for relevant projects

Integration and Testing Perform necessary testing of Electrical and Electronics components, including component test, and system verification in a lab environment to ensure quality of delivery, with a focus on power electronics and robotic components.

Technical

Consulting & Management Provide professional consulting services to the project team in activities like: technical requirements to supplier, technical evaluation of supplier’s solution proposal, acceptance test, especially for electrification solutions and robotic systems. Manage technical aspects with suppliers and key stakeholders, particularly with the EU technology department.

Lab Operations Support

Support lab operations, including activities related to hardware and testing infrastructure.

Outputs

System and solution design specification, including high-level design, power electronics architecture, and detailed design with use cases and relevant diagrams to clarify development scope and instruct implementation. High-quality electrification solution implementation: efficient, secure, robust, and integrated with mechanical systems. Test execution and report, including lab experiment results, unit test, integration test, and system verification.

Technical evaluation report of suppliers’ technical proposals in out-sourcing projects, with a focus on electrification and mechanical aspects. Feasibility study report in the PoC projects for electrification and robotic applications.. 职位要求： Qualifications

Master’s degree or above in engineering, e.g., Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields. Familiar with electrification/electronics technologies, including power electronics, motor control, and energy storage. With minimum 5 years of experience in electrification development (e.g., power electronics, motor control, energy storage), preferably in aerospace, robotics, or other high-tech industries.

Proven experience in full life cycle product development, in areas of electrification for aviation, robotic projects (material, moving components, power supply), or industrial automation solutions.

Experience with mechanical design and integration techniques is a strong plus.

Ability Soft Skills: Excellent communication, innovative thinking and acting, result-orientation, ownership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, French, Spanish or German will be a plus.
