Engineer EHS环境健康安全工程师

• To set up Company's safety policy and procedures as agreed with management. To ensure that site complies to all China safety regulations according to Chinese laws.. 按照管理层的审批，建立公司的安全政策和程序。根据中国法律的规定，确保工厂遵循所有中国安全法律法规。
• To ensure that all safety\Environment\occupation health rules, regulations, fire protection equipment are installed, operational and tested to both Chinese law and insurance requirement.

确保所有安全、环保、职业健康相关的条例、规章、消防设备的安装、操作和测试均符合中国法律和保险的要求。

• To conduct safety awareness training to the appropriate staff to comply with Chinese law and also to train departmental teams safety. Consulting the Plant Management on all questions covering industrial safety,environment protection and fire and explosion protection.

对相关员工开展安全意识培训、使其遵循中国法律，同时，培训各部门团队的安全为工厂管理层提供行业安全、环境保护、以及火灾和爆炸预防方面所有问题的咨询。

• Responsible for the handling of emergencies in the factory. Risk analysis, Incident analysis, to monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the line manager负责对厂区突发/紧急事件的处理。风险分析，事故分析，以监督安全、职业健康和环境方面的成功、或者失败案例，同时定期将其汇报给主管
• Responsible for the supervision and management of hazardous chemicals and waste disposal areas. 负责危险化学品、废弃物处理区域的监督和管理。
• Facilitate the security guard team and improve their performance；Responsible for the examination, monitoring of the factory electronic enclosures, ensuring the security of the site, the factory personnel and vehicles in and out of safety management. 协助管理保安团队,并改善其绩效，负责对厂区电子围栏、监控的检查、确保场所安全，管理厂区人员、车辆的出入安全
• Audit of all EHS aspect at the plant and identification of potential to improve the EHS performance and to ensure the implementation of the corrective actions. Conducting regular audits on industrial safety and ISO system. 审查工厂EHS的各个方面，辨别提高EHS表现的潜在方面，确保纠正措施的执行。开展行业和和体系的方面的定期审核。
• Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (internal and external) such as management,workers council,insurance companies,etc. To monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the line manager.

• To conduct or support conducting periodical emergency drill. Coordinate with supplier for fire protection equipments are regularly maintained, and run well; Internal monitor the monthly fire extinguishers inspection ; 定期开展或支持定期开展各类应急演练,就消防设备的定期维护和良好运转与供应商进行协调；内部监督每月的灭火器检查。

• Bachelor degree (preferably in Safety Science or Environmental Science) 本科学历，安全专业或者环境专业优先。
• Equipped with the license of Safety Officer certified by the Welfare and Labour protection Department. 具有劳动保障部门颁发的安全员许可证。
• Minimum of three years' experience in Safety management gained from multi-international companies.

至少3年跨国公司安全管理方面的工作经验。

• Excellent PC software skill is the basic (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

出色的电脑软件操作技能，如PPT,Excel,Word

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin 精通英语，普通话（书写与口语）
