Engineering Coordinator (驻迪拜）

该职位来源于猎聘 Daily manage Detailed Design Engineering operations, which includes arrange the work according to the department's management objectives and tasks, develop work plans, prepare required resource, complete the detail design support task on time and with high quality.

• Supervise Detailed Design Engineering Team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Monitor and assess the performance of engineering staff, assist in the recruitment, selection, training, mentor, and development of engineering personnel, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching as required.
• Develop and implement engineering standards and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges raised during engineering projects.
• Assist and support senior engineering manager in planning, directing, and coordinating engineering activities within the organization.
• Assist in the development and implementation of engineering policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external /Company/Contractors/Vendors to obtain necessary resources and services for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and define engineering requirements for projects and departments.
• Provide bidding support.
• Be delegated by senior engineering manager Engineering department authority.
• Report to senior engineering manager.

岗位要求： General knowledge of engineering disciplines detailed design workflow, planning, interface, procedure, and methodology. Familiar with detailed design engineering management system. Familiar with EPCIC project process. Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for offshore topsides and modules design and construction. English read, speak, write fluently. Knowledgeable in relevant industry software and tools and proficiency in CAD software. With Leadership skill, experience in project management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.

Have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including other departments and stakeholders. Be able to continuous learning, have a desire to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements and industry trends. 10 years or above of work experience, 5 years or above detailing engineering and construction engineering experience.

Have the experience of different kind of offshore engineering (topside, jacket, onshore modularized project etc.) Preferred BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Piping Engineering or E&I Engineering
