Engineering Manager (研发经理)

• Lead IoT antenna R&D roadmap, defining architectures and solutions for IoT devices across Sub 1G, cellular IoT, Wi Fi, and Bluetooth bands.
• Own antenna design, simulation, layout guidelines, tuning, and validation in real product environments, ensuring target efficiency, bandwidth, and radiation patterns are met.
• Continuously evaluate new antenna technologies improve performance, reduce cost, and accelerate time to market for IoT solutions.
• Lead and manage team to meet with requirements from customers and company management team.

Qualifications

• Master degree or above in Electrical / Communications / RF Engineering / Physics or related field. RF / antenna / wireless communication related major, familiar with IoT standards and Cellular antenna (Cellular, BLE, Wi Fi, Sub 1G, LTE M, NB IoT, LoRa, etc.).
• 8 years RF/antenna design experience, including cellular, embedded and PCB cable antennas for small form factor device such as Tablet, POS machine etc
• At least 3 years of management experience of team more than 10 persons.
• Proficient with EM simulation tools and RF test equipment;

  experience with multi band antennas and coexistence of multiple radios on small platforms.

• Understanding of matching networks, impedance tuning, and integration impacts from enclosure, battery, and ground plane in IoT products.
• Understand Device level integration – antenna with other components in the device.
• Practical and innovative, able to optimize between RF performance, cost, size, and manufacturability for high volume IoT products.
• Strong communicator who can translate system level IoT requirements into antenna specifications and guide cross functional teams.
• Strong cross function communication skill.
• Proficient English. Others： Experience with Low volume and high mix manufacturing, DFM/DFX for antennas, and close cooperation with ODM/EMS partners is a plus.
