Facilities Engineer

工作职责:

• 保持系统运作能力。

Maintain systems in capable situation.

• 确保工作环境符合HSE的规定要求。

Ensure the working environmental to meet HSE requirements.

• 建立具有挑战性及可达成的保养目标，根据当前的目标制定可行的保养计划。

Set challenging and achievable target for maintenance field;Work out a practical maintenance plan in accordance with preset target.

• 完成系统的保养任务，对于保养体系进行不断的改进。

Continuous improvement on preventative maintenance system.

• 公用设施的保养符合GMP的规定。

GMP compliance on utilities maintenance activities.

• 带领人员完成所分派的保养任务。

Lead people to complete maintenance assignment.

• 根据工作计划控制保养的质量、时间和费用。

Control maintenance quality;time and cost according to business plan.

• 确保员工严格正确的遵守生产流程,质量标准,测试方法及操作规程以防止偏差的产生。

Ensure people follows production process;quality standards;testing methods;operation procedures

• 评估和审核人员的工作业绩。

Evaluate and review people’s performance.

• RA部门协调人，按照工厂的RA流程，协助部门经理，评估出部门10年内的资产需求，并汇总给RA工厂协调人。

• 对特定的工作任务具有项目管理技能。

Project management skills on a specific task

• 学士学位或具有相当的工程、科技、或制药背景。

Bachelor grade or equivalent in engineering;scientific;or pharmaceutical background

• 对生产设施或工程/设计和基建有工作经验。

Experience in operation and maintenance in manufacturing facilities or in engineering/design & construction business

• 能用中英文进行沟通和阅读文件。

Chinese and English capability for communication and documentation.

• 具备领导力和人员管理技巧。

Leadership and people management skills.

• 对GMP知识和工厂的SOP有具体的了解，并要求将这些知识运用在所委派的工作中。

Specific knowledge on GMP and related local SOP;etc required for his/her assignment.

• 了解国家环保、安全、安装改造相关法律法规和规范知识。

Knowledge of EHS and installation related regulars.
