• Streamline facility equipment lifecycle management protocols across APAC sites. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in HVAC, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in facility operations and maintenance, with specialized expertise in HVAC and electrical systems covering the full lifecycle from design to maintenance. Strong technical competence in system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization is required.
• Expertise in the design, operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency optimization of complex facility systems including HVAC, cleanroom environments, power distribution, air compression/vacuum, and FMCS.
• Proficient in applying FMEA, RCA methodologies, and CMMS platforms, with advanced skills in predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, etc.).
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
