1、Work with user department to setup plans for new construction and renovation

• Discuss with user departments involved in new construction or renovation projects and collecting relevant information.
• Confirm the onsite situation.
• Organize the discussion involving the user and support department.
• Convert the new construction and renovation plans into requirements for outsourcing design or construction. 2、Work with design company to setup design plan and organize the drawing review
• Search for design company based on requirement.
• Communicate the concept design with the design company and track the design progress.
• Organize user and technical department to review the concept design drawings.
• Gather and feedback the finding points to design company and finalize the design. 3、Support PUR team to execute the tender process
• Prepare the tender documents and BOQ list based on the design drawings and the requirements.
• Work with PUR team to qualify the suppliers.
• Work with PUR team to send out the tender documents and design drawings.
• Estimate the technical documents and summarize.
