• Identifies and analyses customer needs to elaborate the complete bill of requirements. 识别并分析客户需求，细化编制完整需求清单。
• Systematically documents customer's proposal&requirements. 对客户方案与需求进行系统化归档记录。
• Validates that the technical proposal meets the customer specifications clause by clause. 逐条审核技术方案，确认其符合客户各项技术规范。
• Supports customer claims or requests by assessing and determining root causes (application or product). 研判并定位根因（应用层面或产品层面），处理客户诉求与相关要求。
• Promotes new products by demonstrating their fit to the customer needs. 通过产品演示展示产品适配性，贴合客户需求推广新产品。 Education Level / 教育程度：Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive experience. 教育程度：本科及以上学历，或具备同等丰富从业经验。 Experience / 工作经验：5-10 years of relevant working experience. 工作经验：5-10 年相关岗位工作经验。 Languages / 语言要求：English & Chinese 语言要求：基本 英语口语a能力
