FAE 应用技术工程师

【Key Responsibility 主要职责】 1、•Support Sales acquire new business/project (introduce/promote products, clarify requirements, communicate technical details, propose technical solutions…) 支持销售取得新生意/项目(向客户进行产品介绍/推广、厘清需求、沟通技术细节、提出技术方案) 2、•Assist customers consolidate specification requirements or select proper product/solution 协助客户确认规格需求或协助客户产品选型 3、•Collect project cost and assess P&L 汇集项目成本信息并进行损益评估 4、•Plan, organize, coordinate, control, assess the entire process of project to ensure outputs meet milestones of planned timeline and achieve goal in the end 对项目涉及的全过程进行有效的计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制和评价，以实现项目目标 5、•Coordinate with R&D and provide technical supports/solutions to customers 协同研发提供客户技术支持/方案 6、•Coordinate with R&D and Quality to support customers clarify/solve field application issue/problem 协同研发及质量部门支持客户厘清/解决终端应用相关事项/问题 7、•Provide product/application training to customer 提供客户产品/应用培训 8、•Acquainted with market dynamics/trend and competition status 关注并熟悉市场动态/趋势及竞争态势 9、•KPI fulfillment and in-time reporting 主要考核指标的完成和及时提交指定的各式报告 10、•Report to IB business manager and fulfill all tasks assigned 向IB事业部经理报告并完成所交办任务 【Basic Competency 必备条件】 1、Education教育水平 •Bachelor degree or above (major in mechanical or electrical preferred) English CET 4 or above 本科以上学历（主修机械或电气工程尤佳） 英语四级以上 2、Experience 工作经验 •5 years of working experience in electromechanical industries (with solenoid/valve/brake related experience preferred) 5年以上机电行业经验(具电磁铁/电磁阀/制动器相关工作经验尤佳) •Familiar with CATIA or Pro-E or Solidworks operation 3、Skill技能与能力 熟悉CAD软件操作 •Familiar with project management tools 熟悉项目管理工具 •Comprehension of industrial component market environment and customer expectation 理解工业零组件市场环境与客户期望 •Effective communication on technical matters 技术上的有效沟通 •Capable in developing market intelligence 有能力搜集及开发市场情报 •English (or German) listening, speaking, reading, and writing 英语(或德语)听、说、读、写 •Good at planning, executing, and reporting 4、良好的计划、执行、汇报能力 Personal attributes 个性与品质 •Diligent and sociable 敬业乐群 •Responsibility and accountability 具高度责任感与当责意识 •Open minded and positive towards all difficulties or setbacks 思维开阔，面对困难积极应对 •Optimistic and capable to work under pressure 乐观并抗压 •Keen on learning 热衷持续学习
