AI Application Engineering

• Create AI-powered applications for enterprise business scenarios.
• Develop scalable software systems using modern engineering frameworks.
• Build user-facing and backend services across web and cloud environments.
• Enhance software quality, performance and maintainability.

Enterprise AI Agent Development

• Design AI agent solutions for workflow automation and digital operations.
• Build multi-agent systems capable of handling complex business processes.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, knowledge repositories and operational platforms.
• Refine agent behaviour, workflow execution and task completion accuracy.

LLM & Agent Architecture

• Implement solutions using large language models and foundation models.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities.
• Create prompt frameworks and agent orchestration flows.
• Evaluate emerging agent technologies and practical business use cases.

Full Stack Engineering

• Develop frontend applications and backend services.
• Build APIs, microservices and integration layers.
• Create reusable technical components and engineering frameworks.
• Apply modern software development practices across the engineering lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

• Experience building software applications using modern development frameworks.
• Experience developing AI products or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience deploying software within production environments.
• Exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems.

Technical ExpertiseStrong Experience In Several Of The Following Areas

Software Engineering

Python

JavaScript or TypeScript

• React, Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Node.js, Java or Go

API design and microservices

AI Engineering

Large Language Models (LLMs)

Prompt engineering
