海外留学生实习岗——外企汽车技术咨询

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities 1.支持咨询项目的信息收集与行业研究，覆盖汽车、绿色能源、航空航天／低空经济三大方向。 Support information gathering and industry research across three focus areas: Automotive, Green Energy, and Aerospace / Low-Altitude Economy. 2.参与细分赛道的技术与市场分析：新能源整车与三电系统、智能驾驶与智能座舱、氢能与燃料电池、储能与充换电等 Conduct technology and market analysis in sub-segments: NEV and three-electric systems, intelligent driving and smart cockpit, hydrogen and fuel cells, energy storage and charging/swapping 3.协助撰写行业研究报告、竞品对标分析、政策梳理与专家访谈纪要。 Assist in drafting industry research reports, competitive benchmarking, policy reviews, and expert interview summaries. 4.参与数据整理与建模，支持市场规模测算、技术路线对比与趋势判断。 Participate in data collection and modeling to support market sizing, technology roadmap comparison, and trend assessment. 5.协助制作客户汇报材料，完成图表绘制与数据可视化。 Support the preparation of client deliverables, including charts, exhibits, and data visualization. 6.跟踪行业前沿动态，维护公司知识库与数据库。 Track industry developments and maintain the firm's knowledge base and databases.

任职要求 / Qualifications 1.硕士在读，汽车工程、车辆工程、能源与动力工程、航空航天等相关专业。 currently enrolled in a master's program, majoring in Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Aerospace, or related fields. 2.对汽车、绿色能源、低空经济至少一个方向有真实兴趣，愿意长期投入研究。 Genuine interest in at least one of the three focus areas, with the commitment to sustain in-depth research. 3.具备良好的行业研究与数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel，有 SQL / Python Solid research and data analytics skills; proficiency in Excel; SQL / Python 4.具备优秀的英文阅读与写作能力 English as a working language with strong reading and writing skills. 逻辑清晰，结构化和解决问题能力强（MECE / Issue Tree） 5.Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. 有咨询公司、智库、行业协会或主机厂战略部实习经历者优先 Prior experience in consulting, think tanks, or OEM strategy teams is advantageous. 6.熟悉AI 工具在工作场景中的应用，能够利用生成式 AI提升信息处理、数据分析与文档产出效率 Familiar with applying AI tools in professional settings; able to leverage Generative AI to enhance information processing, data analysis, and deliverable efficiency. 7.具备快速学习能力与好奇心，能持续探索 AI 在咨询研究中的创新用法 Quick learner with curiosity to explore innovative applications of AI in consulting research. 截止日期：2027年05月25日 招聘人数：1人
