Finance Controller

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: Purpose of this position: Lead BU controlling activities, overseeing P&L management, including pricing, margin, and OPEX, etc. Main Responsibilities 主要职责

• Manage the timely preparation of management reports, business forecasts, budgets, and group reporting.
• Optimize management reporting processes and internal control procedures.
• Supervise pricing management, including updating pricing policies and price lists and advising pricing actions.
• Review and update business forecasts and act as a business partner to the commercial team.
• Follow up on actions related to material margin and OPEX improvement plans.
• Evaluate new Capex investments and conduct post-investment reviews.
• Supervise and coordinate financial integration for new acquisitions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 任职资格:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accountancy.
• Proven leadership experience in finance management within international companies. Manufacturing industry experience and Big Four experience are preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, with a strong understanding of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
• Solid knowledge of internal control processes.
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
