Experience Range

• 8-10 years of experience in Full Stack Developer
• Experience in enterprise or large-scale systems is preferred
• Experience of P&C Insurance background

Key Accountabilities

• Extensive hands-on experience in SpringBoot Java development and modern API design patterns
• Proven expertise in Mulesoft integration platforms and legacy system migration
• Strong database development background with practical experience in stored procedures, data mapping, and ETL processes
• Working knowledge of data migration methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with experience communicating directly with business stakeholders on field mapping, data validation, and integration requirements
• Proven track record in bridging business and technical teams to clarify data flow requirements, system integration points, and compatibility constraints
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing complex, multi-system data integration scenarios
• Ability to conduct technical design reviews and provide recommendations on data architecture and API design.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development practices.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and messaging solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and governance on Azure.
• Strong understanding of reporting and analytics platforms.
• Experience in Insurance, Claims Modernization, or Financial Services transformation programs preferred.
