Full Stack Developer (China Instance Implementation)/English Speaking

We are undertaking a high-impact, strategic project to build a separate, dedicated instance of our global, cloud-based accounting system in China. This role is part of a major technology implementation involving a supportive global team of over 200 technology professionals.

Role Overview As full stack developer, you will collaborate with the local and global development and technology teams to develop the Assurance Next-Gen system.

• Develop and build the applications in Cloud and microservice framework
• Collaborate with global teams, local product and development teams to deliver IT solutions
• Plan, code and test the applications using Agile and DevOps methodology
• Follow best programming practices: clean implementation, code reviews, testing, documentation, automation, etc.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with global architects and engineers to fully understand the AI/ML requirements for the global accounting system.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML features and integrations specifically for the China-hosted instance.
• Document technical designs, APIs, and integration patterns clearly in both English and Chinese.
• Participate in agile ceremonies with the global team, requiring proactive English communication.

  Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technology related studies
• 6 years of technical experience in Front-end development with React/Redux/TypeScript, Azure, and China Cloud platforms
• Experience in working offshore development team and third-party vendors
• Experience in .NET Core/C#, SQL/NoSQL, Azure SQL, MongoDB, Azure Redis
• Technical experience in Microservice architecture, Kubernetes, and DevOps
• Hands on experience on development projects with complex infrastructure such as clustering, HA/DR, microservices on Kubernetes and Web API
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Group facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Highly Desirable (Bonus):
• Familiarity with cloud services from Chinese providers (e.g., Baidu AI Cloud, Alibaba Cloud PAI, Tencent Cloud TI).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools relevant to the Chinese ecosystem.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment for AI and data in China.
