Full Stack Java Developer, Global Financial Markets

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices for critical financial applications.
• Lead the integration of various systems, including third-party services and internal platforms, ensuring data consistency and security.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across the full stack, with a primary focus on backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to define and implement API contracts and ensure seamless data flow between client and server.
• Develop and manage database schemas, queries, and migrations for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the application stack, especially for backend components handling sensitive financial data.
• Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven expertise in backend development, with strong proficiency in languages such as Java (Spring Boot).
• Extensive experience with database design and management (e.g., MongoDB , MariaDB, PostgreSQL), including complex SQL queries and NoSQL operations.
• Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of distributed systems, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching mechanisms.
• Proficiency in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, with deep diagnostic skills in backend environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous learning mindset.
