Have experience in performance optimization. Code quality – Has a passion for code quality, performing thorough code reviews and enforcing good coding standards, practices, and tools. Agile - Follows the ideas and principles of Agile software development practices and testing models, able to lead their team through Scrum ceremonies.

Ideally, the candidate will have good experience in the following areas: Backend skills: Ø

Solid Java foundation. Ø

Python is a plus. Ø

Container skills, such as Docker & K8s. Ø

Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Ø

RESTful Web Services, both service side and client side. Ø

ORM & NoSQL / SQL. Ø

Messaging middleware, such as Rabbit MQ and Kafka. Ø

DevOps Basic skills. Font-end skills: Ø

Solid JS/HTML/CSS foundation. Ø

Familiar with React and its ecosystem, participated in at lease 2 projects based on React, and released on production. Ø

Have experience in performance optimization. Ø

Familiar with at least one major build framework, like webpack. Git –Maintaining codebases via various branching strategies: release, feature, hotfix. Auditing code quality and coverage using tools such as FindBugs, JaCoCo, SonarQube. Automation testing using frameworks Ø

Required: Junit Ø

Optional: selenium, UIAutomator, Jasmine or Mocha. Knowledge of process and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence.

Language requirement: English: good reading & writing, communication on regular meeting with global team.

Japanese: it’s a plus.
