Function Safety Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities:

• Design, define and continuously maintain functional safety test cases throughout the whole product development cycle, optimize test case complexity and automation level to improve test quality.
• Support the implementation of functional safety development plans to ensure products pass full verification and meet maturity delivery targets.
• Manage all test resources including test vehicle inbound & outbound delivery, hardware maintenance and upgrade, testing tools, DUT transportation, installation and commissioning.
• Conduct vehicle-level dynamic tests focusing on VCU and E-Drive calibration; analyze CAN bus logs and measurement data via CANoe, CANape, INCA, MDA.
• Identify potential risks during functional testing, escalate risks to project and management meetings, and formulate corresponding improvement countermeasures.
• Collaborate with functional safety R&D engineers to achieve all test targets and collect complete valid test measurement data.
• Compile standard functional safety test reports according to test plans and project milestones, guarantee test coverage and traceability comply with ISO 26262:2018 for mass production release.
• Track defect rectification versions delivered by R&D teams, carry out regression testing to verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.
• Maintain test records, traceability matrices and release documents on ALM platforms (Polarian, Code-Beamer, System Weaver).
• Overall team scheduling, full-cycle risk control, cross-department coordination and management report presentation.

  Qualification: Location

Hefei

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics or Automation engineering
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in functional safety or Software development of powertrain system or sub-systems
• In-depth professional knowledge of CAN bus systems and communication protocols, skilled in CANoe, CANape, INCA, MDA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for report and official document preparation.
• Familiar with ECU-Test and other automated test tools is preferred.
• Practical operation experience with Polarian, Code-Beamer, System Weaver ALM platforms is preferred.
