岗位内容/Your Tasks： 1.

Background of hardware development: Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics; Good understanding of electronic components and their characteristics; Deep knowledge of component failure modes and failure mechanisms; Familiar with hardware diagnostic capabilities and limitations. 有硬件开发背景：能够解读电子原理图；对电子元器件及其特性有较好的理解；比较深的掌握元器件的失效模式和机制；熟悉硬件诊断的能力和界限。 2. Good knowledge of ISO 26262 part 5: Good understanding of functional safety requirements for hardware, including diagnostic concepts, calculation of SPFM, LFM, and PMHF, as well as the development and evaluation of failure models. 掌握ISO26262第5部分：对于功能安全对硬件的要求有比较好的理解，包括诊断概念， 计算单点故障度量，潜藏故障度量和随机硬件失效度量，以及失效模式的分析和评估 岗位要求/Your Qualifications： 1.
