• Education: Current or recent graduate in Microbiology, Biology, Environmental Science, Food Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• Basic Knowledge: Understanding of general microbiology, especially waterborne microorganisms (e.g., coliforms, Mold, fungus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, heterotrophic plate count bacteria).
• Laboratory Skills: Familiarity with aseptic techniques, media preparation, sterilization methods, and basic microbial inoculation or membrane filtration procedures.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, good hygiene habits, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Other: Ability to follow written standard operating procedures (SOPs) and take instructions from supervising staff. Responsibilities
• Sample Handling – Receive, log, and store water samples according to standard procedures; ensure proper labeling and chain of custody.
• Microbiological Testing – Perform or assist in routine water microbiological tests, including: o Preparation and sterilization of culture media. o Membrane filtration, pour plate, or spread plate techniques. o Enumeration of total bacterial colonies, total coliforms, fecal coliforms/E. coli, and other specified organisms.
• Recording Results – Accurately document experimental data, observe and count colonies, and report any anomalies to the supervisor.
• Equipment Care – Properly use and maintain basic lab equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, laminar flow hoods, and filtration units.
• Cleaning & Waste Disposal – Follow cleaning and disinfection schedules; dispose of biological waste safely to prevent cross-contamination.
• Quality Control – Participate in internal quality control activities (e.g., running blanks, duplicates) and adhere to all safety and SOP requirements.

  Note: All work is performed under the guidance of a qualified supervisor. Test results must be verified by a senior staff member before release.

• 个人素质：注重细节、责任心强、卫生习惯良好、严格遵守安全规范。
• 其他：能够遵照书面标准操作流程（SOP）执行工作，服从主管指导。
• 主要职责 1. 样品处理 按标准流程接收、登记、保存水样；确保标识规范、样品追溯链完整。 2. 微生物检测 独立或协助完成常规水质微生物检测，包括：
• 培养基配制与灭菌 o 膜过滤法、倾注平板法、涂布平板法 o 细菌总数、总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群 / 大肠杆菌及其他指定微生物的计数 3. 结果记录 准确记录实验数据，观察并计数菌落，发现异常及时上报主管。 4. 设备维护 正确使用与保养基础实验室设备，如高压灭菌锅、培养箱、超净工作台、过滤装置等。 5. 清洁与废弃物处理 按计划执行清洁消毒；安全处理生物废弃物，防止交叉污染。 6. 质量控制 参与内部质量控制工作（如空白、平行样检测），严格遵守安全及 SOP 要求。
