Procurement

Strategy &

• System Development Develop and execute procurement strategies for company products and related services, establishing a centralized, standardized procurement management system. Improve mechanisms for supplier admission, evaluation, grading, and cooperation, promoting sustainable supply chain development. II.

Supplier

Integration &

• Relationship Management Lead strategic negotiation collaborations with domestic and international brand manufacturers to establish long-term stable supply relationships, optimizing procurement costs and supply efficiency. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations, promote collaborative improvements, and ensure product quality, delivery, and service support. III.

Procurement

Execution &

• Cost Control Formulate and implement annual procurement plans, coordinating procurement activities for reagents, instruments, and related products. Achieve cost savings and value enhancement through centralized procurement, volume-based negotiations, process optimization, and other methods. IV. Cross-Departmental Coordination &
• Risk Management Collaborate with CMC, R&D, Clinical Operations, Quality, and other departments to ensure efficient alignment between procurement and business needs. Monitor supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure supply security and compliance. V. Team Building &
• Process Optimization Lead the procurement team to achieve goals, enhancing professional capabilities and collaboration efficiency. Promote procurement informatization to improve supply chain responsiveness and management transparency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields preferred. 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the industry; familiarity with cooperation models of major brand manufacturers;

experience in centralized or volume-based procurement preferred. Excellent negotiation skills, cost analysis abilities, and experience in supplier management. Familiar with GxP and quality management systems, with a strong sense of compliance awareness.
