• IT Architecture

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot all corporate network systems to guarantee stable connectivity.
• Draft enterprise IT solutions, define overall corporate network architecture and design long-term network upgrading roadmap.
• Develop and implement standardized IT security configuration rules and enterprise network security protection system. IT Service &
  • Vendor Management

• Establish and manage company-wide IT service system, respond to IT requests from all internal users.
• Formulate annual budget for IT hardware & software, control overall IT expenditure reasonably.
• Coordinate and supervise external IT vendors, standardize outsourcing service quality to meet business requirements.
• Set standardized IT service workflows based on corporate targets, maintain regular communication with internal business users to optimize IT support. Miscellaneous
• Complete other IT-related ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor to support daily business operation.
• Collaborate with headquarters on global IT project implementation, testing, launch and post-go-live maintenance. Job Requirements

  Experience Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Management or relevant fields

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in enterprise IT operation & management
  • Familiar with ITIL service management framework and ISMS information security management system. 3 .Technical Skills 1) Proficient in mainstream network & security devices; able to configure, deploy and maintain MikroTik routers, firewalls, wireless access points independently; familiar with mainstream enterprise network security architecture.
  • Experienced in deployment & configuration of Windows Server and VMware ESXi virtual environment; skilled in AD, DNS, DHCP deployment, server setup and domain group policy management.
  • Strong capability in fault diagnosis, project management and cross-team communication.

• Language Proficiency Fluent oral and written English, capable of reading English technical documents and communicating with global HQ IT teams.
