该职位来源于猎聘 【工作内容】： Ensure daily IT service在以下方面确保日常IT服务：  Track the consistent performance of the system, special for those belong to shopfloor, and ensure its functionality and direct its day to day utilization and upkeep. 追踪系统，特别是那些制造信息系统的性能一致性，并确保其功能并指导其日常使用和更新  Ensure the application of Group standards, especially concerning hardware, software, security policies, software licenses control, inventory, etc

确保总部标准的实施，特别是关于硬件、软件、安全政策、软件许可证管理、财产等等  Ensure users satisfaction and ownership towards their IT tools in order to maintain the quality of services provided by IT department.

If necessary, co-ordinate: training to user and application of the procedures

确保用户对IT系统的正确所有权及对IT服务的满意度，并在必要的情况下协助培训用户和实施流程。  Give the technical and functional on-site level support to the users, assuming the resolution of all kind of IT incidents reported by the users. 对于所有的由用户报告的IT相关事件，给予用户现场的技术和功能支持  Elaborate and track the IT budget of the Site, issuing or validating all the related IT purchases. 制订并跟踪IT预算，发起或确认所有相关的IT采购  Collect and address site requests: Implement both new projects for local applications and infrastructures and improvements in the existing Information Systems, to ensure the right evolution; 收集和处理本地的请求：如实施新项目，包括本地应用软件和基础架构，以及对现有信息系统的改进，来确保问题得到正确的解决  Define and apply IT procedures specific to the site

定义并应用针对于本地的特有IT流程  Report on status on a monthly basis: create dashboard/important indicators" and important events of the site, to send to Region IT Managers; integrate into monthly "Action Plan" meeting in coordination with Region IT manager

基于月度提交报表，包括：创建仪表盘视图/重要指标和本地重要事件等，发送给区域IT经理；并将此纳入到月度的同区域IT经理的“行动计划”会议中.  Support the plant DE Projects, such as: software development, hardware set up, training for user, track the KPI… 协助完成工厂的DE项目，主导软件的开发和维护及硬件的安装调试、用户培训、KPI追踪。  Others temporary jobs given by direct and functional manager

直线经理及职能经理交给的其他临时工作任务  Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia 充分遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》和《管理规范》 【任职要求】：

 Related Experiences on ERP/MES applications, SAP (PP / MM)is preferred 具有相关的ERP/MES经验，有SAP经验者优先-MM（主数据） PP（物料计划、后勤、生产计划）  Knowledge of IT environment and Applications

熟悉计算机和相关应用，  Personal charisma and ease to lead and motivate end-user community is desirable 良好的组织沟通能力，确保满足终端用户的需求  Knowledge of business process is desirable 具备企业运作管理流程知识  Fluency in English 英语熟练
