该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary 职位概述 Ÿ Maintain existing company applications to ensure smooth system operation and support further functional upgrade requirements. 维护现有的公司应用程序，确保系统的顺利运行及支持后期功能方面的升级需求。 Ÿ Responsible for implementing/maintaining some of the company's software applications to support business operations and improve work efficiency, ensuring that software projects are completed on time and meet delivery standards. 负责实施维护部分公司的软件应用程序，以支持业务运营并提高工作效率，确保软件项目按时完成并符合交付标准。 Ÿ Align with the IT manager to ensure the overall operation of VOSS applications in China complies with the rules and policies of Germany headquarter. 与 IT 经理协调，确保 VOSS 中国区域的应用程序整体运行符合德国总部的规则和政策。 3.0 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 Ÿ Take full charge of full-lifecycle management of AI projects, including demand research, solution design, project initiation, schedule control, resource coordination, delivery, acceptance and follow-up operation, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with qualified quality. 全面负责公司AI类项目全生命周期管理，包含需求调研、方案规划、立项推进、进度管控、资源协调、落地交付、验收及后期运维跟进，确保项目按进度、质量、预算目标完成。 Ÿ Responsible for launch, trial run, promotion and continuous iteration of AI applications such as LLM, computer vision, RPA and intelligent data analysis. 负责大模型、计算机视觉、流程自动化、智能数据分析等AI应用的上线试运行、落地推广与持续迭代优化。 Ÿ Liaise with business departments, internal technical teams and external AI vendors, sort out business pain points and intelligent transformation demands, deliver feasible solutions, project plans and risk assessment reports and report to AI Committee regularly. 对接各业务部门、内部技术团队及外部AI供应商，梳理业务痛点与智能化需求，输出可行性方案、项目计划及风险评估报告以及定期汇报给AI指导小组。 Ÿ Arrange team work allocation, control project milestones, cost and delivery quality, identify risks and problems timely, and drive issue resolution. 统筹项目团队分工，把控项目里程碑、成本与交付质量，及时识别、上报并推动各类项目问题与风险闭环解决。 Ÿ Establish project documents and account system, compile regular weekly/monthly reports, phase summaries and acceptance documents, and summarize project processes and experience. 建立项目文档与台账体系，定期输出周报、月报、阶段总结及验收材料，沉淀项目流程与经验。 Ÿ Timely fix software defects to ensure software stability and reliability. 及时修复软件缺陷，确保软件的稳定性和可靠性。 Ÿ Contribute on/understand business requirements during the implementation, lead the continuous improvement internally. 深度参与理解项目实施过程中的业务需求，在内部带领持续改进 Ÿ Manage external vendors and implementation teams, unify delivery standards, and control service quality and collaboration efficiency. 管理外部合作厂商与实施团队，统一交付标准，管控服务质量与协作效率。 Ÿ Keep track of industry AI trends and benchmark cases, explore new intelligent application scenarios based on business development, and propose digital transformation suggestions. 跟踪行业AI技术趋势与标杆案例，结合公司业务规划挖掘智能化应用新场景，提出数字化升级建议。 Ÿ Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information. 遵守公司信息安全管理规定，对公司信息保密，不泄露，保证信息的安全。 Ÿ Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time. 配合公司需要，随时承担上级委派的其他任务。 4.0 Required education, experience, knowledge and skills 需要的教育、经验、知识及技能 Ÿ Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Software Engineering, Project Management or related fields is preferred. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据、软件工程、项目管理等相关专业优先 Ÿ Minimum 5 years working experience in AI / intelligent / big data project management, prior experience in manufacture industry is a plus. 5年及以上AI/智能化/大数据项目管理经验，有制造业同岗经验者优先。 Ÿ In-depth participation in core digital & intelligent strategic projects 深度参与公司核心数字化、智能化战略项目 Ÿ Familiar with standard project management methodologies, with proven experience in end-to-end delivery of medium & large-scale AI projects. Have basic knowledge of mainstream AI technologies including LLM, computer vision, RPA and intelligent analytics, able to review technical solutions and identify potential technical risks. 掌握标准项目管理方法论，具备中型及以上AI项目从0到1完整落地经验；了解大模型、计算机视觉、RPA、智能分析等主流AI技术方向，可读懂技术方案并识别潜在技术风险。 Ÿ Excellent cross-department communication, resource coordination and problem-solving skills. Clear logical thinking, meticulous working attitude and strong resilience to work pressure, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Good skills in document writing and presentation. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通、多方资源协调与问题解决能力；逻辑思维清晰，工作严谨细致，抗压能力强，可胜任多项目并行管理；具备良好的文案撰写与工作汇报能力。 Ÿ Experience in manufacturing, industrial AI or smart manufacturing projects is preferred 有制造业、工业AI、智能制造相关项目经验优先 Ÿ Hands-on experience in LLM implementation and AI process automation is preferred 具备大模型落地、AI流程自动化项目实战经验优先 Ÿ Experience of SRM, CRM, MES, PLM… applications as a plus. 有SRM，CRM，MES，PLM等应用系统相关经验更佳 Ÿ Familiar with Microsoft O365 Platform (Power App, Copilot etc.). 熟悉微软O365 Platform (Power App, Copilot等…) Ÿ Familiar with Agile and other PM methodologies, knowledge of ITIL and experience on ITSM tools. 熟悉敏捷和其它常用项目管理方法，具备ITIL知识和ITSM工具使用经验。 Ÿ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, result driven 出色的问题解决能力、分析能力，结果导向 Ÿ Good team spirit, smooth collaboration across different cultures. 良好的团队精神，能够平滑地在跨文化的国际团队协同工作。 Ÿ Fluent in spoken English, able to independently communicate with foreign colleagues. 英文口语流利，可独立与国外同事进行交流。
