Education &
Experience Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Management or relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in enterprise IT operation & management
- Familiar with ITIL service management framework and ISMS information security management system. 3 .Technical Skills 1) Proficient in mainstream network & security devices; able to configure, deploy and maintain MikroTik routers, firewalls, wireless access points independently; familiar with mainstream enterprise network security architecture.
- Experienced in deployment & configuration of Windows Server and VMware ESXi virtual environment; skilled in AD, DNS, DHCP deployment, server setup and domain group policy management.
- Strong capability in fault diagnosis, project management and cross-team communication.
Language Proficiency Fluent oral and written English, capable of reading English technical documents and communicating with global HQ IT teams.
