• Serve as the primary OSBU coordination point among business leaders, site teams, local infrastructure teams, and Global Infrastructure teams.
• Understand OSBU business growth, manufacturing expansion, digital transformation, and operational priorities, and translate them into clear infrastructure requirements and priorities.
• Consolidate infrastructure demands across OSBU sites and facilitate prioritization, ownership clarification, resource alignment, and delivery planning with the responsible teams.
• Coordinate cross-site infrastructure initiatives involving networks, connectivity, wireless, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud services, endpoints, cybersecurity dependencies, and related infrastructure capabilities.
• Facilitate planning workshops, architecture reviews, readiness reviews, risk discussions, and decision-making sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain an integrated view of infrastructure initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and escalation needs across OSBU sites.
• Drive timely escalation and stakeholder alignment when infrastructure risks or unresolved dependencies may affect production continuity, site expansion, system deployment, or business milestones.
• Define and maintain the OSBU infrastructure roadmap in alignment with business priorities and Global Technology strategies and standards.
• Lead the development of the future OSBU network architecture direction, reference principles, standardization priorities, scalability requirements, and deployment models in partnership with local and global technical experts.
• Coordinate infrastructure capacity planning and readiness for new facilities, site expansion, production ramp-up, manufacturing systems, digital platforms, analytics, automation, and AI-related initiatives.
• Provide structured updates and recommendations to OSBU leadership on infrastructure priorities, progress, risks, resource constraints, investment needs, and decision points.
• Improve governance, communication mechanisms, demand management, knowledge sharing, and ways of working between OSBU, local infrastructure teams, and Global Infrastructure teams.
• Influence stakeholders and drive progress without relying on direct reporting authority or taking ownership of hands-on implementation tasks.

  Who You Are – Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure program coordination, technology planning, manufacturing IT, digital operations, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure domains, including networking, wireless, connectivity, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud infrastructure, endpoint services, cybersecurity fundamentals, and infrastructure operations.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex initiatives across business teams, local technical teams, global technology organizations, external partners, and multiple geographic locations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment among stakeholders with different priorities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to lead discussions and communicate effectively with global technical teams, business leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into infrastructure requirements, roadmaps, priorities, risks, and decision proposals.
• Strong planning, program coordination, risk management, problem-solving, and executive communication capabilities.
• Ability to drive outcomes through coordination and influence while execution is performed by the accountable local and global infrastructure delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require.

• Experience coordinating infrastructure initiatives across sites, regions, and shared global technology organizations.
• Experience developing infrastructure roadmaps, governance models, architecture principles, network standards, or multi-site deployment approaches.
• Experience facilitating network architecture planning and design reviews with infrastructure architects and engineering teams.
• Experience supporting greenfield sites, factory expansion, office or facility relocation, production ramp-up, network modernization, or data center capacity programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing connectivity, production environment constraints, business continuity, resilience, and infrastructure readiness requirements.
• Experience presenting infrastructure strategies, risks, recommendations, and investment needs to senior leadership.
• Strong track record of driving alignment and progress across teams without direct authority.
