• Process IT service requests and incidents in compliance with applicable ITSM processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Escalate complex IT hardware and software issues to vendors or corporate IT when required and follow up.
• Implementation of data security policies developed by headquarters, managing data access, handheld devices, and portable computer security.
• Track local IT tasks and identify any deviations, document local IT operations and keep them up to date.
• Monitor on-premises IT infrastructure including network, servers, and core systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Execute proper IT plans around server room management, server backup plans, and hardware replacement.
• Manage full lifecycle of hardware and software assets including deployment, security, and maintenance with asset management tools.
• Deliver IT training and develop user guides to increase end-user cybersecurity awareness and technical skills.
• Perform other IT job functions as instructed by line supervisors / managers. REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 2. 3 years’ experience in supporting all IT functions in a branch office environment.
• Proficiency with network protocols and devices (Cisco, H3C and Extreme Networks is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of networking services like DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VoIP.
• Very Good experience with Microsoft Windows server platform, like Active Directory, Office365, WSUS, GPO.
• Good Experience with Linux environment.
• Virtualization: experience working with hypervisors (VMWare is a plus).
• Good communication in Chinese and English and trouble shooting skills.
