IT总监

该职位来源于猎聘 （工作地点：南通） Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term IT strategy across China (Nantong) and Vietnam (Bac Ninh).
• Build, manage and motivate the IT management framework and team.
• Ensure 7×24 stable operation of all IT systems, troubleshoot major technical failures and reduce downtime.
• Prevent data leakage, cyber-attacks, system hacking and internal operational risks.
• Work with IT US and outsourced IT service provider to lead large-scale IT projects (ERP, MES, OA, QMS, HRMS, EPE system, etc.) throughout the whole lifecycle: requirement, development, testing, launch and acceptance.
• Establish comprehensive information security management system: data security, access permission, network defense, anti-virus and disaster recovery.
• Formulate annual IT budget, control capital expenditure and operating expenditure rationally; and supervise delivery quality of outsourced projects.
• Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations, privacy laws and internal audit requirements.
• Ad-Hoc projects and assignments upon request.
• Available to business trip (China/Vietnam).

  Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Information Technology
• 8+years of team management experience Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Business level English – speaking required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn
