岗位职责： 1、IT资产的管理维护； IT assets management and maintenance; 2、各地办公室日常电子设备维护与技术支持； Local Offices electric devices maintenance and technical support; 3、负责各地工作区域网络环境的稳定和维护工作； Responsible for stability of local network environment and maintenance; 4、数据中心、打印机、办公电脑的管理和维护； Management and maintenance of devices in Data center ,printer； 5、管理、维护公司IT账号（域、文件服务器、邮箱、OA系统、VPN）保证公司信息安全； Manage IT accounts of files server, mailbox, Ding Talk and domain,ensure company information security； 6、编写及更新IT技术文档；相关IT环境搭建测试及维护； Write and update IT technical documents; IT Environment creation test and maintenance; 7、负责ERP系统的管理和维护； Responsible for management and support of ERP System 8、负责相关监管要求的备份工作（监控视频、文件服务器、虚拟机等）； Responsible for data backup of video surveillance,file server,virtual machines; 9、负责推动数字化转型规划、信息系统规划、业务流程优化； Responsible for promoting digital transformation planning, information system planning and business process optimization 10、负责信息技术类产品供应商的审查、监管； Responsible for the review and supervision of information technology product suppliers 11、针对业务部门工作需求合理化定制硬件配置； Rationalize the hardware configuration according to the work needs of the business department; 12、公司常用软件各版本稳定性测试及批量部署； Stability testing and batch deployment of various versions of the company's common software; 13、服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他事务； Obey the work arrangement, to complete other jobs assigned by line manager. 任职资格： 1、本科以上学历； Bachelor Degree above; 2、计算机网络相关专业 Computer network or associate major 3、5年以上IT管理员工作经验，生产型企业优先 More than 5 year of IT administrator experience in manufacturing company. 4、熟悉电脑软硬件及周边设备的安装调试与维护维修，能快速解决各类软、硬件故障； Good at installation and maintenance of computer software,hardware and the other peripheral equipment. Good skills for quickly solving software/hardware issues. 5、熟悉HP、Dell、群晖等品牌服务器的安装调试与日常巡检维护； Good at installation and maintenance of HP /Dell/Synology server; 6、熟悉各类Windows操作系统的安装与配置； Familiar with the installation and configuration of various Windows OS; 7、熟悉防火墙、交换机、无线网络、DNS、AD、DHCP、VM、VPN、SD-WAN等相关软硬件设备的调试与优化，具有故障分析、判断、解决能力； Good at installation and optimization of the software/hardware with Firewall/Switch/WIFI/DNS/AD/DHCP/VM/VPN/SD -WAN and etc technologies. Have troubleshooting,analysis skills. 8、熟练使用VMware、Virtual box等虚拟化平台； Proficient in virtualization tools such as VMware, Virtual box; 9、熟练使用向日葵、Team viewer等远程控制工具; Proficient in remote control such as Sunlogin, Team Viewer ; 10、熟悉金蝶、SAP等ERP系统，包含财务、供应链、生产、计划、数据管理模块； Good knowledge of Kingdee /SAP ERP system including finance, supply chain, production planning and master Data modules. 11、熟悉门禁系统、监控系统、视频会议以及电话系统运维配置、权限分配、角色设置等； Operation and maintenance configuration, permission allocation, and role setting of access control system, monitoring system, video conference and telephone system； 12、英语听说读写熟练,听说良好 Good command of English in written and read.

Not bad in spoken and listening. 13、熟练使用MICROSOFT OFFICE软件； Proficient in using Microsoft Office software ; 14、能熟练使用基于SaaS的软件开发； Proficient in SaaS software development； 15、年龄：45以下； Age: below 45;
