Key Responsibilities

• Assist in system architecture design, implementation, and maintenance. Monitor application performance and ensure optimal operation.
• Support production issue resolution (e.g., Office365, OneDrive, Internet, VPN) with vendors and development teams, providing updates per SLA.
• Manage and maintain China office network (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN) to ensure secure and stable connectivity.
• Maintain on-site equipment including printers, CCTV, and door access systems; perform routine checks and troubleshooting.
• Administer China office servers – handle installation, patching, performance monitoring, and error resolution.
• Configure, deploy, and support associate laptops – setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance.
• Apply patches, service packs, and updates to ensure system availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
• Support major projects, vendor selection, and budgeting under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with IS teams to handle incident tickets and requests.
• Assist with Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
• Learn from senior engineers and stay updated on best practices.
• Communicate operational issues and prepare reports for remediation.
• Interact with vendors to evaluate software and hardware services. ________________________________________ Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 985/211 universities preferred. Candidates with a Double E (Electronic Engineering) or Automation background are highly preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (internships/projects accepted) in IT support, system admin, or infrastructure.
• Certifications: VMCE, MCITP, CCNA, or Security are a plus.
• Language: Fluent oral English required.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with China office network, ISP, and office equipment (printers, CCTV, door access) is a plus. ________________________________________ Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Understanding of web applications, monitoring, and vulnerability assessment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication (oral/written) and presentation skills – English fluency required.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and respond to emergencies with guidance.
