  • Execution独立开发与落地实施 Interpret and analyze design documents to independently write, test, and deliver high-quality production code for business functionalities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines. 解读、分析设计文档，独立完成业务功能高质量生产代码的编写、测试与交付，保障开发成果符合项目规范、按时完成交付。

• Design &
  • Implementation方案设计与功能开发 Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of new software products and feature enhancements, contributing innovative technical solutions to complex business problems. 深度参与全新软件产品、功能迭代的设计、开发与上线部署工作，针对复杂业务难点输出创新技术解决方案。

• Technical Support &
  • Maintenance技术支撑与系统运维 Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing product lines, including diagnosing issues, resolving bugs, and implementing performance improvements to ensure system stability. 为现有产品线提供持续技术支持与故障排查，包含问题定位、缺陷修复、性能优化，保障系统稳定运行。

• Framework &
  • Component Engineering框架与通用组件研发 Extend and enhance the underlying class libraries and core frameworks; design and develop new foundational software components to promote code reuse, maintainability, and system scalability across multiple projects. 迭代优化底层类库及核心技术框架；自主设计、开发基础通用组件，提升多项目间代码复用性、可维护性与系统扩展能力。

• Enterprise Domain Expertise企业业务领域解决方案开发 Leverage deep understanding of enterprise business processes to develop and customize solutions within key domains, including but not limited to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), HR (Human Resources), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). 依托扎实的企业业务流程知识，针对核心业务领域定制开发适配方案，覆盖企业资源计划（ERP）、人力资源管理（HR）、制造执行系统（MES）、仓库管理系统（WMS）等领域。 任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；具备同等实战工作经验亦可。
• Proven experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of delivered enterprise applications. 拥有成熟软件开发从业经历，有落地交付企业级应用项目完整案例。
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles. 熟练掌握面向对象编程、设计模式及软件架构相关理论知识。
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript). 精通至少一门主流开发语言，如 Java、C#、Python、JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with database design and SQL (relational and/or NoSQL). 具备数据库设计与 SQL 开发经验，熟悉关系型数据库、非关系型数据库。
• Familiar with AI software development 了解 AI 软件开发相关技术。
• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies. 熟悉完整软件开发生命周期（SDLC），掌握敏捷开发、Scrum 项目管理模式。
• CET-4 and above

英语四级及以上水平

• More than 5 years of software development experience

5年以上软件开发相关工作经验
